Jonathan’s first job ever was a food runner in an Italian restaurant at 16 years old. He has held almost every other restaurant/bar job since then. He lived in New York City for 5 years and fell in love with the bar business before moving back home to Chicago. His passion for the cocktail world evolved recently while working with world renowned mixologist, Peter Vestinos.
