Fun & Unique Cocktail

This cocktail had a fun mix of ingredients. I was a little scared of the charcoal powder, but it didn’t affect the taste, and it turned the drink into a fun color. The Creole bitters and lemon chai tea cordial really rounded out the drink so it had that umami flavor… sour, sweet, spicy! The gold dust on top was the ultimate finishing touch! Gave my lips a fun sparkle for the rest of the night!

What a neat drink idea. Creativity was a 5 Star. Just a bit to daring for me with the raw egg white, gold dust and charcoal. A fun try though!
