This take on a Moscow Mule uses bourbon instead of vodka to offer a warm and rich flavor profile perfect for the colder months. The addition of black pepper in tandem with spicy ginger beer keeps this riff ripe with peppery flavor without over powering the palette. Sage leaves round out the arrangement for a winter-filled aromatics.
